1. PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Note for Cash on Delivery (COD): You may receive a verification call or SMS to confirm your order details before dispatch.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

We partner with Pakistan's most reliable courier services (Call Courier/TCS/Leopards) to ensure safe delivery.

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 Working Days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–5 Working Days.

3. SHIPPING RATES

  • Launch Offer: We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders nationwide for a limited time.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number via Email and SMS.

While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, please note that external factors such as severe weather conditions, road blockages, or public holidays may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such instances.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, RM Fragrance operates exclusively within Pakistan. We do not ship internationally at this moment.
